Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your product for whatever reason, we offer the choice to exchange the item for something else or receive a store credit or arrange a refund - when you send the goods back to us with out being worn or used.

You have 7 days from receiving your garment to let us know you'd like to choose another size. The return postage will be at the expense of the customer (then Jorj will pay for the return postage to you). However, if there is a genuine fault with the garment Jorj Clothing will also refund you for the postage.

If you do find a fault with your garment, please let us know and return it to us within two weeks with your receipt. We will then be able to determine the best course of action - either to replace, repair or refund the item for you.

Please phone us first on 07 3397 2088 or 07 5591 5093 to let us know you are going to change it for something else, and we can check that your replacement item is in stock at that time. Or email us at clothes@jorj.com.au if you have any questions.
